Responsibilities
1.Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers.
2.Identify opportunities for sales (where applicable) and offer the right solutions to the customers.
3.Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.
4.Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations
Eligibility Criteria
Min HSC or 10+3 passed. B.E /B.Tech. MBA(Distance). MCA are eligible
Mandatory 1 year of work experience
Excellent English Communication Skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Stays within the transport boundary limit or ready to relocate ..
