1.Provide team with a vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators.
2.Motivate the Team to Drive sales.
3.Enhancing the productivity of the agents
4.Refresher Training to the team on a regular basis
5.Ensuring that the agents adhere to the process
6.Set the monthly, weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved.
7.Maintain the sales report of the Team.
8.The candidates should have at least 3 years of TL’s experience on papers and should be into sales.
9.Graduation is a must.
