JOB DESIGNATION: Regional Sales Manager
EXPERIENCE-5 to 6 yrs
Collaborating with SE/Sr.SE/ASM/BDM to establish and execute a sales goal for the area allocated.
Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Assisting sales personnel in their techniques via training.
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
Reviewing area expenses and recommending improvements
Explore area for business growth and responsible for seeking potential distributors in company.
Adhering to high ethical & professional standards.
Submission of PJP monthly /weekly as prescribed.
Submission of visit report on daily basis to MD Sir.
Aids in investigation of Complaints received and submit the report to seniors/management.
Monthly submission of secondary Sales data within prescribed time i.e. 5th of next month
Visits of departments etc. for approval of the project
At least ten contractors of A- category to be visited every month and visit report to be submitted to MD Sir.
At least visit 4 to 5 A category dealers in his vicinity (while on tour)
Any default in achieving the monthly set targets by RSM continuously for 3 months will be viewed as deviation from policy and will be liable for disciplinary action by management
