Aftermarket – managing distribution network and sales through distribution/ dealers/ stockist channel
Achieve business results for allocated Customers, Distributors, Area, Product Line etc. as per the Business Plan & Score card
Be the front-line customer contact for both direct customers
Implement company identity program in line with sales strategy
Map and update customer database based on size, business parameters, business issues/expectations, growth plans, focus areas, key stakeholders, processes etc.
Map the business potential & growth opportunities
Monitor & report market feed-back with respect to industry, competition
Participate in assessing the prospective/existing Distributors / Authorized Stockist
Plan & carry out sales visits for promoting & creating pull for industrial Products in the market customer contact
Plan, participate, monitor, follow-up marketing & other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / area & end customers / users
Prepare business plan, sales forecast, sales & marketing activity plan, timely execution & effective implementation of the same.
