Store Manager Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources to achieve marketing goals.
Achieving budgeted sales by ensuring availability and service levels
Driving sales through leadership and coaching on the sales floor
Ensuring and observing the level of customer service provided, taking care of customer feed backs.
Directly responsible for P&L and taking the necessary action plans to reduce cost and increase margin based on results.
Asst. Store Manager Duties and responsibilities
1.Assisting Store Manager in the day to day running of the store and responsible for the effective management and welfare of the staff as well as ensuring that all the objective are met with maximum efficiency at the minimum cost and to the highest standard.
2.Ensures company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times.
3.Prioritizes, plans, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales.
4.Plans, coordinates, and executes all Merchandise Calendar direction, campaigns, and sales promotions in a timely manner.
5.Ensures all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
6.Receives regular vendor deliveries and stocks sales floor in a timely manner.
