Business Development Executive
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in IT Staffing industry.
Responsible for acquiring new customers for Aarvi Encon in any of its lines of business IT Staffing, IT Hiring
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Will be purely involved in corporate sales and selling IT recruitment solutions (Permanent & Contractual Placements) to the clients
Responsible for driving the entire sales cycle
Should have good knowledge about local market
Acquiring and servicing customers.
Prior experience of having generated thrived in b2b sales scenarios.
Experience in the recruitment and staffing industry
Skill Sets Required:
Business Development, Client Interaction and Account Management, Hands-on experience in B2B Sales, Corporate sales, Perm staffing, Contract staffing, Selling recruitment solution.
Specifically looking for somebody from IT Recruitment and Staffing Industry
Bachelors Degree + 2-4 years’ experience developing relationships with IT leaders.
Experience in technical recruiting a plus.
